Unlocking the modem MTS 423S (Huawei E3531, Megaphone M21-4).
The unlock code (NCK code) allows you to unlock the MTS 423S modem
(Aka Huawei E3531, Megafon M21-4) for working with SIM cards of any other operators.
******************BEFORE THE PURCHASE********************
1. Make sure you really have MTS 423S (it's also Huawei E3531, Megaphone M21-4).
2. Prepare IMEI-phone number. IMEI can be viewed on the case of the modem, or in the program that was opened after installation on the computer. Write it correctly, with no omission.
3. Make sure that there are attempts to enter the code in the modem.

1. After receiving the NCK unlock code, insert the SIM card of another operator into the modem
(If the PIN on the SIM card is enabled, enter it.)
2. Then the window ("Enter NCK-code") appears and enter the received NCK-code.
3. Confirm the input.
4. Congratulations! The phone was successfully unlocked.
Alternative method of entering the code:
Send AT ^ CARDLOCK = "nck code", where "nck code" is the code sent to you by email.
