Prison Architect: Going Green brings farming, exporting and smuggling to your penitentiary.
• The fruits of labor. A new type of prison labor will appear: farming. Now the criminals will grow potatoes, wheat, apples and more. Harvest can be exported or used in local cuisine.
• Space for growth. The add-on adds three outdoor farming areas to the game: an orchard, an arable field and a vegetable garden. But that's not all! Players can hire full-time farmers, as well as build pantries to store crops and barns for farming-related items.
• Fruitful work. Nature lovers will be able to grow flowers and other plants in their free time. Working with plants has a positive effect on prisoners, saturating their leisure time.
• Imminent problems. With new crops, there will be new smuggling. Now prisoners can secretly grow herbs in the fields and steal ingredients from the kitchen to make drinks. Local gangs will want to compete for influence in the fields, so keep your guards on alert!
• Care for the environment. Thanks to renewable solar, wind and hybrid energy sources, your prison will be much less harmful to the environment. Surplus energy from new methods can be sold to the substation using an electricity export meter.
