Introduction

Economic agents often use the services of commercial banks, to cover their additional cash requirements.


Credit transaction involves the relationship between two equal partners: the creditor (the bank) and the borrower (the client). The creditor (lender) transfers to the borrower subject of the transaction - lent cost (credit) on the terms of payment, repayment, urgency and security, but remains the owner of the object of the transaction.
