AP Sokolov - Russian Navy Chronicle wrecks (1855)

"Chronicle of shipwrecks," tells the story of 289 accidents that have occurred since the Russian courts. The book benefited the Naval Archive of St. Petersburg and the largest military ports. Each description is an extract from the investigation file on the incident, with the involvement, where appropriate, official or private sources. In a number of controversial issues Sokolov gives own opinion on the causes of the incident.
"Chronicle" begins with the ship "Vyborg", in 1713 he sat down on the stones in the Gulf, and the latter said the shipwreck is dated 1853 year.
The book contains a number of applications, which shows all the laws by which sentences were carried out investigative and military-to-ship fees, the full list of affected vessels with the names of crew members and general maps of the seas.
